How to return
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Send the item(s) back. Once we receive them, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Good to know
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.
- Free gifts included with a bundle don't need to be returned.
